Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of tallsoul.com and any order you place with Tall Soul. Prints are made in Phoenix, Arizona, and sold for shipment within the United States. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

The store

Tall Soul sells physical art prints. Product photos, sizes, and prices are shown on each print page. Prices are in US dollars and do not include sales tax. Sales tax is calculated at checkout from your shipping address using the destination state’s rate.

We may correct pricing or description errors and may refuse or cancel an order if something is clearly wrong.

Orders and payment

You agree to provide accurate shipping and contact information. Payment is processed by Stripe. Title and risk of loss pass when the carrier accepts the shipment.

Orders are typically printed and packed after you pay. If we cannot fulfill an order we will refund the amount you paid.

Shipping

We ship within the United States. Shipping is free on qualifying orders as shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates. Please inspect the print when it arrives and contact us promptly if it was damaged in transit.

Returns

Prints are made to be hung as art. If a print arrives damaged or we sent the wrong piece, email [email protected] with your order number and photos. We will replace it or refund that line. Otherwise, contact us and we will work with you in good faith.

Intellectual property

Photographs, text, and branding on this site belong to Tall Soul or our licensors. Buying a print gives you that physical print for personal display. It does not give you the right to copy, reproduce, or sell the image.

Accounts

If you create an account you are responsible for the password and for activity on the account. We may close an account that is used to abuse the store.

Privacy

How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer and liability

The site is provided as-is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Tall Soul is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted on this page applies to orders placed after it is posted.
